In the aftermath of Hurricane Ida, Louisiana’s insurance commissioner stated that he expected that six insurance carriers will leave Louisiana altogether.

Insuring Louisiana Since 1950
The creation of the Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation, organized 100 years ago, was fueled by the recognition that farmers could improve their circumstances if they unified as a group. Later, the Federation began offering insurance products to help their members.
